24 international guests attended the third Master Summer School at TH Rosenheim in the last week of July. They came from partner universities in Spain, Italy, France and Malaysia. Students from Denmark, Mexico and Norway also traveled to Rosenheim for the program, where they attended various engineering courses together with Master's students. 14 nationalities were represented in the workshops.

Wide range of activities on campus and for leisure time

Under the guiding question "What do engineers need for the challenges ahead?", the students chose course programs in the areas of AI, circular economy and additive manufacturing. More than 30 students from various disciplines engaged in intensive discussions and developed joint ideas in the workshops. "Studying with fellow students in Rosenheim was a fantastic experience. The collaborative atmosphere allowed us to learn from each other's perspectives." Company visits to Krones AG in Rosenheim and Egger Group in St. Johann in Tirol completed the week with a look at the practical side of things.

The International Office looked after the students before and during their stay. The guests explored the city of Rosenheim, relaxed at Lake Simssee and visited BMW Welt in Munich.

Funding by HAW.International Modul B (DAAD)

The Master Summer School was made possible by the DAAD funding HAW.International Module B, which TH Rosenheim receives from 2021 to 2024. In total, more than 100 students took part in the summer schools. The international programme took place for the last time in 2024.
