• You have completed the first year of study
• You have been studying at the partner university for at least three and no more than twelve months.
• There is an available place at the partner university

Just like at ERASMUS+ partner universities, you do not have to pay tuition fees for a semester abroad at a partner university worldwide. The number of available exchange places per academic year is contractually fixed.

Unlike the ERASMUS+ programme, receiving a place at a partner university worldwide does not automatically come with a monthly mobility grant. However, you can apply separately at the International Office for funding through PROMOS or Bavarian scholarships.

Winter term: 1 February 

Summer term: 1 July

Use this link to apply for a place at a partner university worldwide. 

To do this, you must complete the following steps:

• Please click on the word "Link" to register.
• Complete the online form in full and click on the button "Send application".
• You will then receive an e-mail asking you to register.
• Please open the registration link provided in the e-mail.
• During registration you create your user account and enter your data.

From now on, you will work through the individual steps along a workflow. Not only does the application for an exchange place take place via Mobility Online, but also the downloading of all necessary forms and templates, as well as the uploading and checking of documents.

Important: Please remember your user account data until the end of your stay abroad, as you will need to log in to your account regularly.

Your application is complete when you have uploaded the following documents in Mobility Online:

• Scan of the signed application form (will be generated in Mobility Online after completing the above steps and can then be printed out).
• Passport photo
• Motivation letter (in English)
• Curriculum vitae / CV (in English) - Here you can find sample CVs
• English language certificate (DAAD) - can be requested from a lecturer at the Language Centre
• Current grade confirmation from the TH Rosenheim (download in the Online Service Center)

You must have a green tick in the "Application documents complete" step by 1 February or 1 July. Afterwards, the selection decision will take place with the international representatives of your faculty.
