Submit the elective course certificates received via the Learning Campus to the Examinations Office so that the courses can be entered into the Transcript of Records (ToR).
Once the grades have been entered in the ToR, download an excerpt and send it to Manuela Zimmermann together with other evidence required for the certificate you want (e.g. participation in the language tandem, participation in the ROCKET events, etc.). 

No, completed electives will only count towards a certificate.

No, the achievements can be made during the entire course of study, but must be listed in the Transcript of Records (ToR) by the end of the course at the latest in order to receive the certificate.

The acquisition of additional competences is shown with the indication that the achievements were made in addition to the regular studies. The completed courses are explicitly listed, but without grading.
