Prof. Dr. Carolin Fleischmann

Carolin Fleischmann is Professor of International Business and Academic Director of the International Office at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. Her research focuses on global virtual teams and the question of how modern communication technologies and artificial intelligence shape team collaboration. In her teaching, she covers all areas of International Business. She has received several awards for her international and practice-oriented teaching, including the 'Preis für gute Lehre' from the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts.
