Return your borrowed media to the library in building A. If the library is not occupied, you can put the books in the return box. The media will be returned as soon as possible.
Changing your address
For students: Please update your address details yourself in the Online Service Center. Online Service Center
For teachers & staff: Your address details are updated via the general address pool. This means that all you have to do is let the personnel office know your new address details. personalverwaltung@th-rosenheim.de
Copying
You can make copies in black/white or colour and use the copier in the 'Lernwelt'. Black/white copies cost €0.05 and colour copies cost €0.10 for A4. A3 copies cost double. To use the copier, you need a minimum credit of €1.00 on your Student Card.
Other rules apply to guests.

E-mail notifications
The library system will send you an automated e-mail notification to your university e-mail address 3 days before the end of the loan period. For visitors, this is sent to the e-mail address provided to the library. The library offers no guarantee that users will receive their notifications because communications may be interrupted by several external factors.
TIP: So that you don't forget it, we recommend that you note the end date of the loan period in your own calendar.
The loan period is usually 4 weeks. Some items can only be borrowed for 2 weeks. There are also items that can only be borrowed for 3 working days. You can find out about this via the lending terminal or by asking library staff.
Yes. You can also use your personal ID card to borrow items during service hours. Outside of service hours, you can only borrow items via the lending terminals using your user ID card.

Printing
You can print from all computer workstations (apart from in the study room) using the multi-functional device in the corridor. Black/white and colour prints in A4 and A3. Black/white copies cost €0.05 and colour copies cost €0.10 for A4. A3 copies cost double. To print, you need a minimum credit of €1.00 on your Student Card.

Unfortunately, visitors are not permitted to use the printers.
Recommending books for the library to purchase
University members are welcome to e-mail the library with any recommendations for books to purchase. To process your request, we need to know: - your full user name - your user number - all known bibliographical data - if the title is to be purchased as an e-book or printed book - what it will be used for: e.g. thesis, lecture, research project, Purchase request to the library: Acqisition proposal

Yes, a notification e-mail will be sent to your university e-mail address.
The best format is FAT or FAT32. USB sticks with an NTFS format may cause problems if the stick was not logged off the last time it was used on the computer.
Unfortunately, scanning directly to a mobile hard drive is not possible. Transferring scanned data to mobile end devices is also not possible.
Black/white and colour scans are possible up to A3 format.
Two devices are available:
Bookeye scanner: the files are saved directly to your private USB stick. In this way, you can use them on your end device.
Multi-function scanner: scanned documents can be found either via your personal folder (standard setting, “scan2folder”) or by e-mail with a link to your document (“scan2email”).
Use of the scanners is free.
User number
University members will find their library user number on their Student Card, on the left above their photo. Visitors will find their user number under the barcode on their user card.
User account password
