We offer two programmes - the Language Tandem focussing on language skills and the International Buddy Programme with a focus on intercultural competence.

• Language Skills  ➡️ Language Tandem

The language tandem consists of two people with different native languages, e.g. German-English, Spanish-German, German-Hindi, etc. and offers the opportunity to gain language practice in direct communication with native speakers.

• Intercultural Competence  ➡️ International Buddy Programme

The International Buddy Programme connects local and international students who want to learn more about their buddy's culture and promotes intercultural competence.

• Introduction to Academic Writing (English): This interactive workshop for MA students covers various aspects of the writing process.

• International Business Etiquette (English): Culture plays an important role in business - e.g. working abroad or in a global team.
• Understanding Diversity (English): Intercultural Training - theories and intercultural excursion
• Interkulturelles Training für Outgoings (German): How does culture shape our perception, thinking and actions? We will discuss situations from campus life abroad and develop strategies together.
• Erfolgreich arbeiten in Indien (English): This training is designed for students who want to better understand India, the Indian business sector, and the cultural aspects of teamwork and leadership.
• Digitales China als Wirtschafts- und Arbeitsmarkt (German): China as an economic and labor market - the focus is on the new normal in the economy and working world through digitalization.
