Yes, our counselling service is available to all subjects. We discuss the general writing process, but not subject-specific technical questions.

It is helpful if you think about specific questions in advance. You are also welcome to send us brief documents from your writing project, so we can prepare for the session.

We are happy to support you with work in both German and English.

The writing centre is not a proofreading service. However, we are happy to discuss and improve specific examples of your work with you.

If you have general questions (e.g. citing), you are welcome to come to an open consultation without registering. If you would like more in-depth advice about your work, please send us an email to schreibberatung@th-rosenheim.de and make an appointment.

We base the consultation on your questions. No matter where you are in the writing process, we will be happy to help you.

Our tutors are students at the TH Rosenheim. They have completed a formal peer-tutoring training programme and often have gained experience in scientific writing themselves.

You are welcome to send us an email with your favourite topic. We endeavour to implement all suggestions for new topics and offer them in the future.

Yes, you need to register for the workshops via the Writing Centre course room on the Learning Campus.

You will not receive a certificate for participating in a workshop. However, we will be happy to issue you with a confirmation of participation on request.

Workshops with an English title are usually given in English for you.
