Dr. Nataraj from RV College of Engineering visited TH Rosenheim to discuss an Indo-German cooperation in the education of students in engineering. Germany is a popular destination for prospective students from India, but they often need additional training after school to be able to study at a German university at all. RV College of Engineering in Bangalore, India, successfully trains young engineers to continue their studies abroad. TH Rosenheim offers prospective students an engineering degree in one of 10 future-oriented specializations, including electrical engineering and information technology, mechanical engineering or medical technology, with its International Bachelor of Engineering study programme.
In a memorandum of understanding, both partners have expressed their common interest in creating suitable educational opportunities for Indian students. The Bavarian-Indian Centre for Business and University Cooperation, BayIND, is supporting the cooperation initiation.
